Edward enjoys exploiting technologies, and is almost instinctive when it comes to user interaction and user experience. He takes charge of the overall User Experience (UX) and Interaction (Ix) Design at ChatterBolt. With a keen interest in behavioural and neuroscience and a wealth of experience working alongside usability design specialists, human factor engineers and visual designers, Edward has some unique intellections towards designing experience that clicks.
With more than 17 years of his career mingling with software and emerging interactive technologies, he considers himself one of the rare few who is fortunate to call work a hobby. He was exposed to data fusion well before analytics became the buzz word in marketing; he was working on sms-based mobile payment systems way before smart phones become commonplace; and he had great fun fiddling with smart sensors; intelligent media; biometric recognition, multi-touch, gesture and even brain communications technologies, etc. before most people get see them – and only in movies.
angela Chee, chief experience officer
Angela is a strong advocate of authenticity in building long binding relationship, both inside and out of marketing. She takes charge of the business side of things at ChatterBolt, or Business Experience (BX) Design. With over 14 years of experience in business building, product development, technology marketing and new media development, her forte is in creating new business opportunities out of innovative technologies. Her myriad of experiences includes her stint in government organisations where she undertook roles on technology marketing and IP commercialisation; commercial entities where she took charge of Business Planning and International Operations; as well as local start-up as a General Manager.
Before founding ChatterBolt, she was the General Manager of a technology media start-up company, for 3+ years right from its inception. As a pioneer, she built the core team and developed the core product (high-tech new media solution) and take it to commercial implementation. With a keen marketing instinct and a wealth of experience working with various brand owners, media-buy and creative agencies, Angela has her distinctive perspective towards answering the challenges faced by marketers in the area of consumer engagement.
